Question:

The truth about bras?

by  |  earlier

I find bras really uncomfortable. I'm not huge, and it's easy to dress so nobody can tell I'm not wearing one. Some people say it will make me sag more as I get older, and some say it will make my chest muscles stronger so I'll sag less! Are there any women out there who've gone without for a long time and can tell me their experience?

  1. I hardly ever wear one unless I'm wearing an outfit that absolutely requires one, or if I'm playing dress-up.  I'm pretty well-endowed, and over 30, and there's no sign of sagging yet.  I do make a point of working out my chest and back muscles.  Check back with me in 10 years or so!

  2. The truth is they will be saggy as you get older (http://www.geocities.com/lapbander/image... It's a simple explanation, they are not supported while you moving around in the long term. Well, there's so many options of bras out there, get the one with no wire. Pick cotton as material. I suggest you to wear one while it's not too late. Besides you don't want to show your nipples around, don't you?

  3. I can't answer your last question, but I'll say this: wear a bra; or at the very least, get used to wearing one. Sooner or later -- and this is with ALL women -- you'll sag! Not too mention that I've been with a group of people before, and noticed someone outside the group not wearing a bra, and we all thought "gross". b*****s are meant to be in a bra, otherwise they'll swing and you can do more damage than good. If your bra is not 'comfortable' by your standard, maybe you could have a professional fitting session. Bras are like shoes: you are supposed to feel comfortable in it; almost, I said almost, feeling like you have no bra. Apparently 75% of women are not comfortable in their bras because they don't know how to have a perfect fitting bra!

    hope that information helps.

  4. You need to be fitted, they aren't that uncomfortable.  I'm an E cup and there's no way I'd go without one.  Whoever said they don't help is cracked, I've been asked countless times why mine have stayed up and it's all due to wearing one constantly.  You have to do pushups on an incline and on a decline to strengthen those muscles, it helps.
