The upcoming sneak peak cards for yugioh?

im going to shonen in indianapolis and i was thinking about going to sneak peek in detroit first to get the cards

could i use the new yugioh cards from the detroit sneek peek for shonen the next week in indy

Cards are not legal until the pack is actually out. Duelist Genesis will not be legal till about september 2.
