  1. Foods rich in potassium have a lowering effect on blood pressure.  Better idea than vinegar.


  2. ACV will certainly help a bit but you may need other natural remedies as well such as garlic oil, fish oil and others that you can find in a web search for "high blood pressure" + "natural remedies".

  4. I don't know whether you intend to use the vinegar

    as a salad dressing or other topping,

    which is all well and good,

    or if you intend to make it your sole diet,

    which would definitely be bad,

    but, either way, the BP you listed is only borderline high,

    so I don't understand what you are fussing about.

    A healthy diet and exercise will do far more for you.

    Regardless, you didn't give any other factors,

    such as age, weight, overall medical condition,

    allergies, etc, so consult your parents or physician.
