I need the possible ways to improve the Railway journey for sleeper class people and the ways to sought out their difficulties.

in most of the trains the seats/ benches where we sleep are torn hard and damaged! first that should be repaired. the shutters are broken and the glass windows are dirty and very unpleasent to even look at. the whole place is dusty and we will spoil our clothes if we keep our hands on the window sill.

also the passengers are frequently interrupted by beggers, and others in between stations! it would be better if all this is changed.
