The verification word does not display in the yahoo group I am trying to join, therefore I can't join.?

I have filled in all blanks, at the bottom, asked to enter the verification word. Problem is, the verification word is not displayed. It also says, "If you can not see this image click here." Which takes me to this page.

I had this happen to me one time as well when I tried to join a group.  I tried to refresh the page several times to see if reloading the page would fix the problem and it didn't.  I finally had to shut down my computer and reboot, then sign back on and then go find the group I wanted to join to try again.  As soon as I did that the box for the verification word showed up so that I could type it in to the other box and I was able to join the group.
