It works pretty well but when i upload videos to my pc and mac at school they don't play! You can hear the sound but you cant see the video. They play on my camcorder!

I upload them using the memory chip thing and they didnt play.

I tried using the usb cable and installing the software on my pc, but my computer messed up. IDK. Do i have to install the software right or something? Cuz they should play!

What do i do??

UGH! This was a nice camera i got for christmas. Im going to Poland on Saturday and i need it to work for a school project!!

Advice PLEASE!! =[[

  1. is your computer plugged in?

  2. Well first of all, what kind of file format does the video save as? It has to be a PC compatible format.

  3. The video you capture on that camcorder is a highly compressed MPEG2 file and it needs to be converted... For the Mac, you need to download and install StreamClip (free from Apple)

For Windows, the camera came with a disc - install whats on there. Saying "my computer messed up" does not give us a lot to troubleshoot with and makes it difficult to solve your issues.
