Quite possibly, because it is a VILLAGE, and villages aren't always large enough to put on all maps.  

Did you try google maps, and mapquest?  I find that they can zoom in pretty close and get all sorts of stuff you might not always find on other maps.

Most likely you mean the village Elika in Lakonia which is situated on the west side of the peninsula (1st leg of Peloponnese). Close to the village Archangelos, south of the gulf of on the opposite  side of Monemvasia. A road from Monemvasia gets you there.South of Demonia and North of Pantanasa villages.
