The volume on my computer is my computer isn't working anymore ?

Question

I have a windows ME computer and i think i reinstalled it and something happened to the sound. There is no icon where the clock is and when I go to Start>Entertainment and click volume control it doesn't bring the box up.

Try going to the control panel then Hardware and sound. If your computer has volume buttons on the keyboard and they seem not to work then MAYBE when you re installed you deleted the keyboard driver. try going online and download it. i hope it works

installed the sound card driver  from device manager or driver cd.
