Question:

The watch stopped working

My husband's brand new watch stopped running. Notably he hadn't wound it at all for the first 2 1/2 months that he had it. It slowly stopped keeping time, and now it stopped working all together. Is there anything he can do? We've wound it now, but it doesn't seem to have helped.Any suggestions?Thanks,Ande
