The watch stops instead of the chrono

Question

I bought this watch and realised that when the start and stop buttons on the side are pressed instead of the chronograph (the small timing dials) being reset, the seconds hand in the watch is reset and the watch comes to a complete stop. The watch comes to life once the start button is pressed again. I think somewhere they got the logic wrong.It is a real waste if the watch stops and the stop clocks keep running.The watch looks so cool and beautifully designed, but what to do if it doesn't work properly. I think some dense head reversed the logic and applied the chrono's logic to the main watch.
