WHATS THAT LITTLE TAB STICKING OUT ON THE BOTTOM WHERE YOU ATTACH THE PAD...............WHATS IT DOOOOO

when u get the refill pads u pull that thing off and u put on a new one that comes with it

I have a wave to I think its if you want to remove the holder of the pad so you can put in a new one

its kinda hard to explain but if you pull on that the thing comes off and you can put a new one on..

they normally come with the packs of the cleansing pads
