  1. Pretty much by wearing pants, shirts and shoes they are dressing differently than any african tribe in history.  


  2. it's considered American since Europeans dress like Americans.  Everything that America comes out with in clothes and styles, Europeans always copy it a few years later.  If they're African AMERICAN that means they're americans descended from Africans and therefore, dress like Americans.
