  1. We have mixed climate zones. The North is oceanic weather, often rainy (nov-april), but sure warm. In the winter, there is snow, but not much, like 20cm. Middle Germany is continental climate, it gets hot in the summer, thunderstorms may occur regularly in summer (but most of the time in the evenig); winters are snowy. South Germany is mountain climate, so it gets really snowy in winter, summers are hot and wet.

  2. There's not so much rain than in England and it's hotter than in England. But the German weather is not reliable...some winters are cold with a lot of snow and others are mild and it's the same with summers etc...I can remember really hot summers with weeks without any rain but other summers were rainy and not so warm! At the moment it's hot but we had a thunderstorm yesterday!

  3. Winter is cold, some areas has many snow, some places raining to much. It is always dark and dark. Short days and not much sun. Summer is OK. Sometimes very very hot, often thunderstorms and cooling little bit, than the sun comes out again. I feel always here in Germany the summer is very short and the winter are very very long.
