keep to air conditioned places, and drink a lot of water...

Cold water, cold places

(if you have an AC, make sure windows are covered by a curtain or blind, it makes the place stay cooler longer if you have to turn of the AC for any reason)

Fan or window-mounted AC, drink ice water or iced tea, eat fresh fruit. =)

And in a little side note - I'll trade you weather, lol! It was only 45 degrees F here yesterday (it's usually around 80) and it's been cold, rainy, and windy all week.
