Whenever I visit a web page like Yahoo, the page never seems to automatically refresh. For example, if I visited Yahoo on May 10th, the May 10th page will always come up unless I hit F5 (refresh). What do I need to do?

  1. Try clearing out the History of websites you have gone to (which will remove the cookies-this is also called the cache), you can find this on the Internet Options section either thru Tools if your browser is Explorer or thru the Control Panel under "My Computer" to see if that helps.  Also try running a virus scan just to see if that helps.  I had to do that one time after I had a problem with a site (not a Yahoo site) and that seemed to help the problem for me.

If you are still having the same problem after trying these things I would recommend contacting a Yahoo Customer service representative (if it's a Yahoo site problem) to see if they can help you to figure out what is going on because there could be a problem with the particular page such as a script error.  For other sites you can send an e-mail to the webmaster which will look something like this: webmaster@site.com.

When script errors occur in the programming of the code for the site sometimes the page will not be set right.
