when you download a ringtone, you connect to the internet, so if you have unlimited data, it's totally free, otherwise you pay to download data!!!!!

yes,if you have an unlimited data plan yes it is free.

i have a sprint unlimited data plan and i use myxer for pictures and music,just make sure the song you choose says FREE if it doesent say its free then dont download it
