  1. I had one customer who always ordered chili, but insisted that I pick every single bean out of it before he'd eat it.  There are tons more, but I definitely remember that one.

  2. i heard some customers having s*x in the ladies room loudly for about 15 minutes. When they came out, they went to the bar to smoke, and the lady had some "stuff" on her dress!!! another time i saw a guy get drunk, take off his shoes, fondle his wife under the table, take his steak knife and slice the booth open, then he yelled obscenities at me (his server), and walked out on his bill.

  3. I was asked for hot water so a lactating mother could soak her plastic nipple gaurd to warm it up and makr it more flexible so it would be easier for her baby to breast feed....She did go in the ladies room to nurse...Another time I saw a gentleman remove his dentures and dry brushing the at his table (party of 3) and brush of his remnants..  I wanted to offer him a toothpick....This was a Seafood semi casual restaurant... Not a fast food joint

  4. A 12 top arrived and was seated in my section.....all went smooth until the 2 men at then end started fondling each other, kissing etc.  They then took turns around table standing and loudly toasting the newly "married couple" and tapping glass so they would kiss...french sloppy kiss,  this occured form moment seated throughout dinner in a beautiful expensive al a cart restuarant....thank goodness the lighting was not bright as it was actually difficult to watch as it was so out of place and rude....a few patrons walked out because the sight of two open g*y men behaving like that in public, feeding each other, kissing, groping and acting like newlyweds was so out of place in our area......they tipped very well and were polite,  I just thought they should have asked for a more private area....but to each their own...Buy the way, the restaurant gave them free champagne and dessert as they were celebrating a wedding and they were spending a lot of money........

  5. I once had a guy order a beer and a jug of warm water. He put the unopened bottle of beer in the jug of warm water and left it there for a few minutes. He reckoned most places serve beer too cold and that it ruins the taste!

  6. Eat in front of you?

  7. I worked at a buffet for a while. Pretty well know that lowly people will steal food from buffets. Crazy, I know.

But my manager told me a story of how he caught someone stealing, and let him know that food was to be paid per person, and consumed on the premises. There were signs stating so. He told the man he saw him taking food items. The man said he did not.

Long story short, well, the man continued to state that he did not steal food, until the manager exercised his right to ask him to leave.

Which he did....and as he was walking out of the restaurant, peices of steak were falling out of the bottom of his pant leg. He actually somehow shoved steak down his pants.

I don't know, maybe it was a dare, no idea, but that's nasty. Nasty and hysterical.

  8. Here's a few: Raw eggs in tomato or orange juice

Having the cook take out the grapes in her fruit cocktail ,Toast burnt really really black. A girl that came into the restaurant & put a fork in her hair to pin it up. (Every time she came into the restaurant!)eggs so easy they may as well be raw.. .ranch on penne pasta.......The list goes on......

  9. My mom said that one time a guy asked for a raw steak and raw potatoes. He was supposedly saving the earth

  10. Order onion rings and only eat the batter.

  11. One guy wanted his mayonnaise on the side and heated up until it turned into this disgusting hot oily solution. He then proceeded to dip his fries in it.

Once an extremely rude woman wanted her chicken cut into "bite size pieces" for her.  I should mention the dish came with small pieces already (it was a stir fry), she said it wasn't bite-sized enough and demanded it be cut down more for her.

  12. Ordering foods not on the menu of a totally different cuisine: example, going to Red Lobster and ordering a barbecue sandwich.

Or, insisting that you eat your meal standing up and without silverware. This is common practice in some restaurants, but you probably wouldn't see it at a steakhouse or Italian restaurant.

Mine? Going into an IHOP and being the only one there.

  13. How about these people who order a hamburger, and tell them to, "hold  the meat"?  I know there are vegetarians out there, but just order a salad.  Why pay two bucks for lettuce and tomatoes on a bun!
