The wierd puking sensation you get when in a fist fight etc...?

Hi im a 14 yr old boy and when i get into a fist fight or in general a fight with some one i always get this weird feeling in my stomach as if im about to puke. I dont know if any 1 else has this feeling but if u do can u tell me how to overcome it?

  1. That's called fear.  If it's brought about by over exertion, then it could be a reaction to adrenalin, but that butterfly feeling is definitely fear.  Fear is a good thing, embrace it, get comfortable with it and master it.  You don't overcome it, you tolerate it, and work around it.  You only in trouble if you stop feeling it, when that happens it's time to stop.  So long as you get that feeling, your alright, just don't let it become a detriment.  You master it by succeeding in spite of it.

Hi Joe,what your getting is pre fight nerves son,all men,and boys,even boxers like  Muhammed Ali admit to having this it's normal feeling,just tell yourself this and get on with the job in hand,if you have a coach or mentor he should tell you this that it's normal and it's nessacary for you to put up a good fight!   3. i would get that too everytime i wrestled. its normal to get really nervous before a fight or any competition. no matter how many matches i had i was alway nervous. as far as overcoming it i doubt you ever will. what your feeling is normal.
