The wild elk and deer feed at many homes in my neighborhood up North. ?

I also feed them but notice the older ones push away the young ones and eat until the food is gone. How do I see that the babies get some food, too? Thanks.

Your just gonna have to deal with it.  The babies will find food elsewhere or die.  I know it sounds harsh but that's how it is.  I'd actually recommend stop feeding them, in general.  You are supporting an unnaturally high population of elk and deer.  This will have negative implications for the ecosystems that surround you.
