  1. Do mean tallest?  If so, I can't offer any answers.  But, if you really do mean "highest," then you may want to research the various stopping points (base camp?) that climbers use to reach the summit of Mt. Everest.  You may also wish to research whether or not the observatory on Mauna Ke'a(?) in the state of Hawai'i has a chimney.  If so, then an argument may exist that it is the world's highest chimney.  This depends on your definition of what the world's highest mountain is:  Mt. Everest or the big island of Hawai'i.

  2. The world's highest chimney would go along with the world's highest habitation, unless you want to count the temporary tents pitched on the slopes of Everest (or K2).  The highest recorded tent was pitched at the 27,000 ft. level on Everest.

"Gorak Shep, 5170 metres, -7 degrees celcius, 23-24 November

-Terminal morraine and semi-frozen streams lead to Gorak Shep, the highest habitation on our trek. Not a trace of green anywhere since Lobuche."

  3. It is 379.5 high built in Ontario in Canada .
