Xel-Ha eco park is located south of Cancun and its main area known as the Hotel Zone, in the Riviera Maya. In fact, Xel-Ha is located about 90 minutes south, by bus, from Cancun's Hotel Zone. If you plan to visit Xel-Ha, I recommend you go on their All Inclusive meal plan. This is because it will save you a bunch of money and time. The difference in a regular price ticket and the AI is so small in comparison to how much you would spend during the day for food and drinks, trust me it's well worth it.

You can go with any number of companies to book this tour, however, if you book via your resort or most other travel agents, you will not have the option of a cancelation or rescheduling policy. I highly recommend you do your homework, perhaps pick up an up to date Cancun travel guide if you are staying or planning on visiting, and investigate:
