The young Everglade declared winner of the Grade OR race in Yarmouth

Trainer Bernard Green’s two-year-old greyhound was declared the star of the show, on Wednesday night, when he achieved victory against his six contenders.
The son of Crash out of Mays Liz displayed an amazing performance throughout the race. In the early pace, he ran very fast against the other greyhounds, and led the race till he reached the finish line.
Everglade won the purse of £1200, covering the 462 meters' distance in 27 minutes and 96 seconds.
The Brindle male greyhound was not lucky enough to achieve the first position in the previous race held at the same track, at Yarmouth on the 6th of August, but this time the victory was in the hands of the lucky trainer, Bernard Green.
Grade OR Carling East Anglian Challenge Final, was held at the Yarmouth track, in United Kingdom. The race started at 9:12 PM over a distance of 462 meters.
Six greyhounds participated in this event, inlcuding Swift Larry, who came second in the race. The black male greyhound was at the same position in the Carling East Anglian Challenge's Heat 1 held on the 6th of August.
The son of Hades Rocket out of Swift Blitz, Swift Larry, couldn’t achieve the purse to make trainer I Mills proud. The three-year-old greyhound, covered the distance of 4 ¼ meters in, 28 minutes and 30 seconds.
Swift Larry started his chase for the purse from trap 5, as he raced in the railed, but after halfway down the track, he baulked.
I Barnard’s Jackdaw Summer, took the third position in the race as he railed through the middle and crowded second.
The four-year-old son of Top Honcho out of Copycat covered the 5.62 meters' distance in 29 minutes and 10 seconds.
Ardkill Sweep, trained by T Simmons, started his race from a mid-pace, but he couldn’t finish up with a good position.
Jordansoilution, a renowned greyhound, was not lucky this time. The four-year-old could not make trainer Charlie Lister proud with his below expectation performance.
The son of Brett Lee out of Miggs started his chase from trap 6 and covered the distance of 5.47 meters in 28 minutes and 68 seconds.
Charlie Lister’s Final Boe was also not lucky to make his trainer proud, covering the distance of 5.48 meters in 28.71 minutes.
