Theatre: use it as a career or what?

Question

i love musical theatre and its my LIFE, and its the only thing im good at :/

but i want it somehow in my career. but i don't know how to incorporate it into it.

what i'm trying to say is keep up the dream or just let it go. i realize its competitive.

but i wanted to go onto broadway or a big production and go to NYU and everything but i realize the dream is going to be too hard for me.

stick with it or choose a different path.

sorry i know im not making ANY sense :[

You should follow your dreams it makes you happy and your good at it! So go for it but remember it is always good to have a back up plan as well just in case things don't work out.
