Thee hole for my earring has like ?

when i touch the bump it's like a little hard & it feels like something is coming out of it.

It's probably dead skin cells or a build up from shampoo.  Use alcohol on a cotton ball and thoroughly clean it.  Use alcohol on your earrings as well.  You should be able to get it out.  

If not, have someone look at it with a magnifying glass to see if they can see any foreign object in it.  Once they are healed, is not unusual to feel a hard spot where the hole is.
