  1. Not an issue for me, but then again we only see Catholic doctors in my family. My husband is a Catholic doctor. Let the doctors work and let the friends and family pray. I have a priest for spiritual ills and seek a doctor for the physical.

  2. THATS AMAZING,

i have never in my whole life... and i am 35... i have never ever heard such an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G question or suggestion in my life.

I'm not quite sure if you are being serious or not... i think its safer to assume that this is Yahoo Answers so then a forum in which you........

((My God You CANNOT BE SERIOUS))... a forum in which you can air your views freely and be a litte interesting or just cheeky.

lots of Christian Blessings and Love Jonny.

  3. To an extent it is, every NHS hospital has a chaplaincy, and usually an associated priest, rabbi and iman. At our expense!

  4. no, religion should NEVER be mixed with science.

  5. Religion should be kept away from everything as it is just a disease of the mind.

  6. It already is, every time I go to Saint Mary's Hospital for my exams.  I get to stop by the Chapel and say hello to the priest whenever I want.

  7. Gpd has nothing to do with Hospitals, does he?

  8. I will die of cancer before i receive health care from that system.

Thats the cheapest system in the world. You go in, describe your symptoms and receive prayer. If you die theres nothing they could do, and if you lived. God saved you.

  9. No.

  10. There are CHAPLAINS at nearly every hospital FOR A REASON.

    Yes?

  11. I consider myself to be into Unitarian Universalism. And I say yes and no. I say yes to different cultures joining together to cure a fatal disease like cancer or aids. I say yes to an end of medicinal corruption that kills people if a moral conduct were in place maybe they'll be less if no corruption or monopoly when it comes to medicine. Plus, in  hospitals the people are not down to earth, its a business they need the bed and your money.Unity, faith, hope and morals can get you through anything.

I say no to a uneven balance of faith and healing. One can not have one without the other to work in my opinion. Also the clergy or leaders in the religion would have to be doctors themselves or else it wouldn't work. Great question:)

  12. Sure, let us incorporate them all back into government also...

    Just look at Iran.

Or remember what a church-controlled Britain was like.

  13. What do you mean incorporated into, it's already there. Every hospital has a chapel (if they're over a certain size). Priests come and give the last rights and you can even get married there if you're preggers. The last hospital I went to a bible in the bedside cabinet next to a 6 month old Woman's Weekly.

  14. Lets pretend im a christian for a second

I would tell you, my religion and bible says nothing about the limitations you have when injured. If you broke your arm, well go see a doctor, whos stopping ya? God?

  15. There have been church funded hospitals and clinics for years. Were you thinking of something else?

  16. Instead of using science and knowledge to treat people they could set up hospitals which heal people through the power of prayer.

the Doctors and Surgeons could try to heal people by sitting around praying for people to get well.

We'll soon see how effective and real the religions of the world are then.
