Theme Party!!!?

My friend is turning 21 and we are having a theme party. Everyone is supposed to dress as a country and use stereotypes. I don't know who to be. Britain, America and Jamaca are taken. I'm thinking Kuwait... you know.. they were just liberated so who would rock harder than kuwait? I need other Ideas! help!

as we have just had St Patricks Day, i'm sure you could find loads of paraphenalia to go as 'Ireland' (and it'll prob all be half-price!!)

I like literal costumes:

Chile- Dress like a hot chili (red sweat suit and green hat).

Cuba- Wear a box (cube) with holes cut out for arms and legs with a giant “A” on the front of the box. Cube-a

Greece-  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚€ÂœGreece” yourself up with black shinny paint!

Iran- Wear work out clothes (the headband is key) and a t-shirt with an apple computer sign on it (like “I pod”)

Iraq- Get creative with the “rack” part and do the apple computer t-shirt thing.

Ukraine – not sure how to dress like a crane, you could go one of two ways…the bird or the machine.  Have a giant U on your shirt as well.

I am sure there are others.  Literal costumes are way less offensive!  Plus, it is fun for people to guess...you will be a hit because people will think you are so creative and they will think they are so smart when they figure it out!

Be Mexico, Australia, Ireland, Scotland, Egypt.....I could easily dress up as any one of those. What a good idea for a theme.

For a 21st birthday party.  Either irish and do something with irish whiskey.

Or Gemany  Oktober fest.  BEEER.   Get the leiderhosen from a costume shop.  (that's those leather shorts with the suspenders then its Heinkien beer)  Decorate a ice chest to look like a beer wagon.  What fun.  I don't even like beer!
