Theme hospital and ER pc games ok with vista?

im looking to buy theme hospital and ER but no were on the box does it say they are compatible with vista, does anyone have these games and do they work with vista??

i have zoo tycoon which says it does not work with vista but erm ive been playing it so now im thinking will the others?

hotel tycoon will not work with vista yet has the same operations on it as zoo tycoon
