Theme hotel rooms Winnipeg Manitoba?

I am looking for a hotel in Winnipeg Canada that has theme hotel rooms

The hotel should be in a safe area of the city - where the kids can walk at night and also have wi fi

Fast food restaurants in the vicinity for the kids would be a good idea as well

The CanadInns all have theme room suites.  Some are adult oriented and some are for kids.  All have their own restaurants as well.  Fast food nearby...my recomendation would be CanadInn Polo Park since it is near the Polo Park Mall or CanadInn Fort Garry.  (it has restaurants around it)  Both are safe areas of the city.  (altho, I have to point out that any area can have something happen in it-good or bad)  CanadInn Fort Garry also has a Celebrations Dinner Theatre.

The Clarion Hotel by Polo Park has theme rooms too...but I wasnt too impressed with the rooms or hotel.  So does the Quality Inn...but again-wasn't impressed.

If you ever want a GOOD adult themed hotel room, the Mariaggi is the one to go to.

I have to agree, the Mariaggi has the best theme rooms but if you are looking for a reasonably priced one I would recommend the Holiday Inn off Moray and Portage. I went as a kid and a separate little room was pirate/ocean themed with two bunk beds, a television and a Nintendo system. There is also a pool in the hotel and a decent restaurant and lounge. It's worth checking out, I remember it was pretty exciting a few years ago for us kids. The area is relatively safe, there are a few excellent restaurants in the area as well. Mind you I can't think of any fast food restaurants unless you include Boston Pizza as "fast food".

The Canad Inns have themed rooms but have been thoroughly unimpressed as well as the Quality Inn.
