Theme music question ?

Here in ny, in school wrestling states i beleive you can pick a song to walk out to for your match. What would happen if you used a wwe song? I would imagine wwe would do something right? I mean download the song, burn it and give it to the sound peeps.

if its the original song from the band's album then they cant do anything about it
