Theme parks / rollercoasters / carnival in Greece?

Question

In the US we have things like Disneyworld (I know there is one in France as well) we also have like Six Flags and Magic Mountain. I LOVE these places and I love rollercoasters, as I am moving to Greece are there places like this?

Amusement parks/Theme parks

Water parks

etc...

Do you have a carnival each year ... etc.

Carnival every year in Patra and Xanthi ( the most famous in the country)

Parks: Allou fun Park in Athens

Another Park in Thessaloniki next to the Cosmos Mediterranean Mall.

Also in Greece we have Waterparks.( especially in the islands)

Very fun is the karting or kart racing, every city has some.

Parks in Greece are nothing like the states so don't expect too much. The best thing though is going to these places with friends and company. The fun is amazing:)

Apart from the big parks in Athens 'Allou' etc - Greece doesn't really need these parks - thank goodness .... it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to entertain kids here - just as it was in UK when I was a kid!
