The former FC Twente Enschede midfielder completes his long-awaited return to GelreDome Stadion after passing his medical on Tuesday, September 27.

The 31-year-old, who started his professional career at Vitesse in the 1998/99 season, only joined the Amsterdam giants in the summer of 2011 after making close to 100 league appearances for FC Twente.
The Dutch international, who played 31 league matches while donning the jersey of Amsterdam giants, had long been linked with a move to join the Arnhem outfit before the ongoing summer transfer window slams shut.
In addition, after hearing Frank de Boer’s decision about his role in the 2012/13 campaign, the Dutch midfielder opted to leave the reigning Eredivisie champions.
Although, his move hung in the air for quite some time, it has now been confirmed that the veteran has joined the Arnhem outfit after clearing his medical.
Janssen expressed his delight with a return to the club he started his professional career, and revealed that he wants to play an important role for the Arnhem outfit in the coming seasons.

the midfield ace was quoted as saying to the Dutch media.
Janssen, who has thus far represented http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Netherlands-c753 in five matches, has put pen to paper on a deal that will keep him at GelreDome Stadion until the end of the 2014/15 season.
Vitesse finished seventh on the league table last term, and have commenced the 2012/13 campaign brightly, having picked up seven points from three games. However, their chances of competing for silverware have now been boosted
with the arrival of the highly talented midfielder.
Janssen would be keen to impress while wearing Vitesse colours.
