http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Theo-Walcott-c34873 claims that there is no pressure on Arsene Wenger and urges Arsenal to move on
Arsenal winger and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 international, Theo Walcott has gone on to reveal that there is currently no pressure on Arsene Wenger’s shoulders and has urged the Gunners to try and move on from their poor start to the season.
Arsenal are currently sitting in the seventeenth spot in the Premier League and have gone on to lose three of their five opening games in the Premier League. At the same time, the Gunners currently have the worst defensive record in the Premier League.
Walcott has gone on to reveal that everyone at the club is now looking to try and help the team get back to its winning ways and that they are looking forward to the Bolton game to turn things around.
The winger, when talking about the manager and how the team needs to react in the coming weeks is quoted to have said:
“Well the boss, he’s a great man. He can deal with anything thrown at him. He’s been at the club for over 15 years and so he’s not under any pressure at all.
“We need to make sure we’re at it at Bolton at the weekend. It’s going to be a tough game. They’ve come from a good result during midweek.
“We’ve got our home fans as well. The boss, yeah, he can deal with anything.”
At the moment scoring goals doesn’t seem to be the problem for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thomas-Vermaelen-c35002, who is sidelined for another couple of weeks. Despite that fact, the team has four other
defenders who have the capability to filling in for the player.
However, so far http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Laurent-Koscielny-c21742 have been largely missing for Arsenal and often seem to forget just how to play when they step onto the pitch.
All in all, Arsenal will now have to prove their worth against Bolton, or this could end as the worst season in the team’s recent history.
