Theoretically, can half of you been getting rained while the other half isn't?

Can you stand somewhere where, on one side there is rain and on the other there isn't?

  1. Yes.


  2. Theoretically 'Yes' but the 'cut off point' would not be a definitive line. In other words the 'wet bit' would merge with the 'dry bit' and form a 'damp bit'.

    I am maybe 'a bit long in the tooth', but I have, on several occasions over the years, walked or driven over what seems a 'border' between wet and dry

  6. I suppose so because I've seen it harped to my house whereby the rain is falling on one side of the house only.

    I've even driven into rainfall also. It's an interesting feeling seeing the road ahead of you wet but when you look in the rear-view mirror, the sun in shining brightly on a dry road.
