I've been told we have new weapons in the atmosphere that use electromagnetic pulses. So I'm thinking there could be a connection between it and the disappearing hunny bees?

  1. You're talking about an Electromagnetic Pulse weapon (EMP).  There's research on these, but if they've got one that works, nobody's admitting it.

But that wouldn't be what's affecting the bees.  That's a world-wide phenomenon.  An EMP pulse might affect them in a certain area, but not world-wide.

  2. Any such pulses would effect other creatures, including humans. I know of no theory or even hypothesis that says bees have any special sensitivity that other insects do not have.
