  1. Panspermia - the hypothesis that "seeds" of life exist already all over the Universe, that life on Earth may have originated through these "seeds", and that they may deliver or have delivered life to other habitable bodies. [Wikipedia]

Unknowable - More of a Philosophical theory. That it is impossible for us to know the origin of life as we are finite beings and so we will never be able to comprehend the infinite (Origin/God).

  2. I personally like the theory that all time is a loop, and that at some point in the future (perhaps a 'big bang') the universe will be reset back to the beginning.

This would account for where matter originally came from, and how time can be infinite.

  3. what about the snowglobe theory?

  4. Seek truth in Jesus Christ.  You will neither hunger or thirst any more

    .

  5. Well, the Adam and Eve story is not "theory". Theory has specific requirements and conditions...look this up...it is a necessary learning experience.

Big Bang is a catch phrase and an accepted way of referring to our Universe's beginning, developed by logic and extrapolation after scientists discovered that our Universe was expanding.

Evolution is valid theory and is essentially scientific fact.

I have no idea what your teacher is going for but you didn't mention a theory of how life developed on earth so, that might be a third theory, missing from your response.

The simple explanation of ...life on earth... developed in one

    of two ways:

It either arrived on the back of either a meteor or a comment after a collision with a young earth.

The likely suspect, here, would be what scientists call Archae, a life fore so simple it predates either bacteria or eukaryotes.

This simple organism is so hearty it can survive in extreme conditions lethal to any other lifeforms we know. Look them up, they're fascinating.

or spontaneously developed when the necessary elements for RNA found themselves in close association, joined and managed to survive. Modern science has made major advances in its ability to test and analyze ancient DNA and protein sequences.

There will be a majority who would disagree with these twp potentials but they will do so out of prejudice and lack of sufficient knowledge to understand them.
