Theory of the double standard ....?

I have a theory of the double standard if a woman sleeps with guys she is called a slutt but if a guy sleeps with girls he is a stud. It is because woman don't give out s*x like candy, guys really have to work for it. It's like in my other post, if there was a town with a dragon in a cave (woman) and a man went out to kill it (have s*x) then he would be congradulated by all his friends, because killing a dragon is not easy! Just like how getting in a woman's pants is not easy.

I think the double standard is based on the fact that women get pregnant and men don't.  Men don't want to be saddled with raising children who are not their own.

Personally, though, the double standard never troubled me when I was young, I slept with a lot of men and if some people disapproved it didn't really bother me.  I suppose modern society is more sexist than it was when I was young (it certainly appears to be to me).

Ummmm I don't think you are on the right track at all!

It's simply outright double standards - there's no logical reason for it. Personally, I'm comfortable enough not to feel the need to have a say in how other people, female or male, live their lives... Go for it!

i thought guys liked a challenge???.....and i think with men its a competitive kinda thing the guy who can get woman are on top the alpha dog so to speak....and its easier for a woman to entice a man and succeed than a man enticing a female and succeed...the frame of mind with males and females are different..like in the animal world the female picks the male who wins the fight, its kinda like that were looking for a "good" mate we dont want just any mate, we want the winner ....not temporary.good for now,gets the job done.like guys can do with woman.

Very very wierd analogy, but I agree with you whole bloody heartedly mate!!!

I think women are just full of double standards anyway, yet another example is we are sleazy and perverts if we go and see a stripper, yet if they go and see one on a hen night 'its just a bit of fun' (because apparently they dont think about it in a sexual way - bollox!!!)
