  1. Hi,

The problem with prescribed or over the counter medicines is not only their lack of effectiveness, but also the detrimental side effects. The combination of Frankincense, Lavender, and Lemon Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils, taken internally, is an effective natural solution to anxiety. Applying Lavender to the bottoms of your feet before going to bed can ensure a better nights sleep.

We have seen amazing results from using essential oils. To learn more go to www.mydoterra.com/doterraoils

    Good Luck,

CAUTION!!! Even though there are hundreds of essential oils available, even at the health food store, they are not all of the same standard in purity and potency.

  2. Psychiatrists pretty much just prescribe medication. Some do a little bit of talk therapy. Therapists such as psychologists and social workers help those who suffer from social anxiety disorder by methods such as changing thinking patterns, learning social skills, relaxing the body, etc. whatever they need help with as far as talking to people goes.
