There's a bump on my left shoulderblade?

There's a bump on my left shoulderblade, and it's hard, it feels like bone, and it hurts when i touch it, or move it too much. It's skin coloured, and it moves when I move my left arm..

What is it?

My parents are not home yet, so I cannot go to the doctor...

It could be a cyst, my brother had one on his neck and he had to have surgery to remove it.It wasnt anything big.
