There's a lunar eclipse!?

I live in the United Arab Emirates and there is this wonderful lunar eclipse. The moon looks amazing :)

Can people in other countires see it too :)

Eclipses whether solar or lunar are not visible over the entire planet but visible only in restricted regions of the globe, therefore, I who currently reside in the Land of Uncle Sam am not lucky to see this wondrous eclipse which you describe. It is NOT possible for a lunar eclipse to be visible in the UAE and the USA at the same time. Same with Solar eclipses.
