  2. it's haunted by a ghost i saw from the travel channel, and i think the guy who designed it never actually saw the finished product.

  3. the sydney opera house was made by jorn utzon in 1950.There was a contest for whos architecture was best.jorn won and they only built the opera house because they had to use the town hall for the opera plays.The irony of his design was beyond the capabilities of engineering of the time.Jorn spent a coulple of years reworking the design and it was 1961 before he had solved the problem of how to build the distinguishing feature the " sails " of the roof.People say that a room most like a base ment called the Utzon room has his spirit because he never lived to see his master peice.the opera house was officially opened on september 16,2004.
