There's a vampire movie I saw as a kid and I can't remember what it's called.?

I'm sure it was a B movie. It was about a woman who had a ring. She would seduce men and then stab them in the neck with the ring. I guess it collected their blood because she would drink it and become younger. At the end one of the men tricked her and she became ancient (hundreds of years old) and died. I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. Does anyone know?

This sounds like,"Countess Dracula" starring Ingrid Pitt as The Countess Bathory,a noblewoman who killed her servants girls because she thought bathing in their blood would make her young again. It's based on a real-life character and the film(From Hammer Studios,I believe)is based on her
