There's a website with a philosopher and his high-pitched friend, what is it??

I saw it years ago and loved it but have now completely forgotten the name of the philosopher or the creature with him. I remember the philosopher was very dark and the little creature would repeat his most depressing lines. My friends and I spent a lot of time saying "Misery!" and "Death!" in squeaky voices trying to imitate the sidekick. Somebody help!
