There's this girl in my Chemistry class...?

...who kept looking right at me. Don't worry, I know it's nothing too serious, but I mean...she looked right up at me from across the lab table and we just kinda...looked at each other for a few seconds. Then I smiled and looked slightly away, and she smiled a little too. So obviously, I'd like to start talking to her more, but...she's always with her friend. What do I do? I mean...her friend is always talking to her, and I feel like I would never be able to get a word in. And even if I could, I wouldn't feel right introducing myself and such right in front of her...so, what shoudl I do?

Borrowing notes is a good idea, but you can always just walk by and say hi on your way to your desk. It doesn't have to be anything major, just smile and make sure she knows it's her and not her friend you are looking at!

hmmm maybe if you asked her something about an assignment or you know, something dumb like that it would give you two a chance to talk. and if her friend butts in then it's not awkward or anything. not much but its a start..

Get one of your friends to come with you when you introduce yourself. That way her you would feel more comfortable and her friend could talk to your friend while you introduce yourself. But then again, that's just a theory......

just retend her friends not there and ask her if she wants to meet up later at lunch or after school.

Introduce yourself to both of them and just start talking to the one your interested more by like asking her questions about simple stuff school or something about the class or something on tv and then when you see her alone get more personal and eventually ask her out and keep doing the eye contact thing but dont make it that noticable

Go up to her after class one day and ask if you can borrow her notes because you couldn't copy them down fast enough. Then the next day, you'll have an excuse to go up to her again and start chatting!

well the note thing is a great idea. but when you go to give the notes back to her slip in a note from you complimenting her work and then ask if she would be available for tutoring. that way you can finally get her alone to talk.=D

Get a friend of your own in that class. Together, you two can talk and flirt with the girls together so then it won't be like them vs. you. Maybe you guys can double date ;D

If you really want to get to know here just approach her when she's alone but make sure you don't frighten her.you don't expect that she will be the one to approach you so you got to make a move

u could walk past her table, drop something but pretend not to notice and when she says hey u dropped something! u go back get it and say hey do u think we could maybe talk after class or met up somewhere? just me and u?

or just go up to her and be like hey can i talk to u alone? or after class?

or politely ask her friend to leave for a moment!
