There Should Be More Restrictions on P-Plate Drivers.....?

Question

does anybody think that p-plate drivers should have more restrictions on them? considering they bring up our road toll by an enormous amount, i think it's a good idea.

if you think so, please tell why, i'm interested to see others opinions.

Yes they should and we should have more on ours in the U.S. as well because of their immaturity and lack of responsibility everything goes up, not all are bad drivers but a large amount are.
