There Was This Boy At My School Called James....He Said He Wanted Me To Be His Gf....Nobody Has Said That Before...I Said No And About 4 Months After He Moved School....Was It Because Of Me Because I Liked Someone Else At The Time...Why Do I Regret Turning Him Down?Was I Nervorus?

I don't think so, maybe there are some things that might also affect why he have to moved out. You don't have to blame yourself or feel sorry because you have just been honest to yourself and to him... You might feel some regret because although you don't like him to be your boyfriend but you also don't want to hurt anybody's feelings...
