There a girl how has 4 cat who she doent properly car for what should i do?

yes she feed them, but that's all there young maybe 3 months old, and there all sick that are constantly sneezing and there eyes are swollen with buggers. she has no toys or anything, i mom refuses to pay for anything and they wont take them to the vet because "it cost to much". i had offered to take them and get them vet check up and all that but she wouldnt the girl is kind of aloner and she like talk to them... there like her friends

What should i do ?

call the R.S.P.C.A anonmously and tell them about your concern for the welfare of the kittens,they will visit the home and wont divulge the source of information.

if she doesnt take care of them you should contact a vet or someone who can help kittens like a rescue center they are cats and they should not be abused

Call animal control or the SPCA.

They can fix them and help a lot! Maybe they can give away some and keep 1 or 2. If they cant properly care for an animal, it can be entitled Animal Abuse and its illegal.

you could try calling animal control and telling them what is going on.  they could probably give you the phone numbers of the appropiate people in your area for this kind of thing.  if you just want to help the cats get better you could call your vet and tell him/her what is going on and ask if there is something that you can do for the cats eyes to help them.

I know in some states, the owners receive a fine for animal cruelty, and the animals are picked up and brought back to health, and then sold to people that will love and care for them.

call your local humane society and report the neglect and abuse. if you feel bad because you are taking her kittens away.. don't because with the way shes taking care of them.. they'll be dying anyways. so reporting the abuse would be the best thing to do

tell the girl that if she still wants the kittens to be there for her then convince her mom to take them to the vet or ask the girl to use her own money
