depending on your budget, but I think buffet lunch is quite ok at Carousel. The food is not bad and they are quite noisy. Besure to book in advance for such a big group. They have dining rooms as well.

Hotel buffets will be nice, but noise is not really encouraged.

Erm how about seoul gardens?

I feel that it has lively enviroment as compared to other buffet restuarants.

If you are not going to buffet, another opinion is fish and co., the staff there in celebration of your friend's birthday, will sing their in house birthday song upon request - pretty nice ^^
