There are 3 bags and one of them has the real gold which weighs exactly 16oz and the remanding bags which have the unreal gold weigh 16.1oz each. Also, there is one weighing machine and it can be only use once. How to point out the bag with the real gold?

Put all tree on the weighing machine at one time. Taking one off at a time, until the 16 oz bag is revealed. You would only be using the machine once.

Reach into the bags and feel the contents. Real gold is cool to the touch while a different metal would be warmer.

(A) if machine is a balance having two pans :

weigh one bag on each of the two pans of weighing machine, leaving the third one with you.

(a) if both pan show equal weights, the third one is 16 oz real Gold.

(b) if weights are unequal, the lighter one is 16 oz real Gold.

(B) if machine has only weighing platform :

Put all the three bags on it and see 48.2 oz reading (machine used once). Now start removing bags one by one.

(a) removed bag is 16 oz real Gold if remaining two weigh 32.2 oz or if they weigh 31.1 oz remove another bag from platform

(b) removed bag is 16 oz real Gold if remaining bag weighs 16.1 oz or if remaining bag weighs 16 oz it is real Gold.
