There are certain things i find hard to recycle, like bones from meat?

Ancient people used to make all kinds of implements & decorations from bone. They were biodegradable too, not like plastics.

I think you should just throw the bone away or if you have a dog give it to them.

If you boil the bones from meat in some water for several hours (chuck in some herbs as well) then drain it into a container and cool it (scrape the fat off the top too) you end up with stock, which you can then use in various meals.
