There are holes on the wall inside the house, and there are mud built on top of it.?

we wipe one off, and now, we found more on the wall. what are they? are they pest? and how to get rid of it?

I would definately call an exterminator.  What it sounds like to me is termites.  We had them, unfortuently and well it took a lot to get them out of our house.  Best thing to ask yourself, if you have a basement, is that where they are?  They like concrete floorts, unfinished basements and near water pumps or sump pumps.  Check there for more of them, whiping them off is not going to stop them.

If you mean that the holes are in wood on the inside of your home (like the framing on the inside of your interior walls or in your attic) then it's probably dirt dobbers, wasps, bumble bees, that sort of thing making YOUR home, THEIR home. If that's that case then all you really need to do is bomb for them. We have this problem every year, especially in the summer. We just bomb once a month with a Raid all-around-bug-killer or something similar. That usually takes care of them for a month or so, kills the ones that are already there and deters the others from setting up shop.
